The state of Vera Cruz, Mexico, is planning to construct an immersed
concrete tunnel for road traffic under the river Coatzacoalcos close
to the Mexican Gulf.
The responsible engineer, GROUPO BM, has asked Partner to assist
in the preliminary planning phase, on basis of the experience from
the Øresund Tunnel.
Partner's role is to assist GROUPO BM with construction
costings, time schedules and technical requirements.
