10 km fixed link between the mainland and the island of Saaremaa
The objective of this contract is to identify the most feasible solution for the 10 km long fixed connection between the mainland and Saare county from the economic point of view (including construction and operation) and its possible environmental impacts. A comparison with the present ferry service is included.
Partner is engaged in providing advice on environmental, traffic economy, financial and execution issues and providing Terms of References for future steps.
